These terms govern your use of the GAMMAFRAME platform, subscriptions, and related services.

1. Service Description

GAMMAFRAME is an options market data analytics platform.

We provide real-time visualization and analysis of Gamma Exposure (GEX) and Delta Exposure (DEX).

We also provide key price level monitoring, Put/Call ratio analysis, VIX sentiment panel tools, and related features.

This platform is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice of any kind.

2. Account Registration and Security

Users register and sign in through Google OAuth.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

If you become aware of unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Current subscription plans: $79 per month or $790 per year.

Payments are processed through Stripe and support major credit cards.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless canceled by the user.

After cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.

If you have refund questions, contact us by email.

4. Usage Restrictions

The following actions are prohibited:

  • Using automated tools to scrape or bulk-download platform data.
  • Sharing or transferring account credentials to others.
  • Reselling, republishing, or commercially exploiting platform data.
  • Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or break platform code.
  • Interfering with platform operation or other users' access.
  • Using the platform for any unlawful activity.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including code, algorithms, interface design, data visualization methods, and trademarks, is owned by GAMMAFRAME.

Without written permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from platform content.

User screenshots or screen recordings are for personal use only and may not be used commercially or publicly distributed.

6. Disclaimer

Options trading involves substantial risk and is not suitable for all investors.

We do not guarantee the completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of any data on the platform.

We are not responsible for the outcome of any investment decision.

Past data and analysis do not guarantee future performance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GAMMAFRAME's total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid by the user.

We are not liable for indirect damages, trading losses, data loss, or third-party actions.

8. Service Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time.

Accounts that violate these terms may be terminated without refund.

Where practical, we will try to provide notice before termination.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

Material changes will be communicated through the website or email.

Your continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law.

Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
